Catalina Bed
The Big Shrimpy Catalina Bed is an incredibly cozy nest bed designed for very small dogs and kittycats. They'll love winding up and snuggling down into this soft, plush, cozy secure nest! And to make life easier for us humans, the beds are completely washable in your home machine. The outer walls of the bed and removable center cushion are made of faux suede or soft polyester fleece and the base is made from tough 420 denier nylon packcloth. Both the walls and the center cushion are stuffed with SmartFill, a 100% pre-consumer recycled polyester fiber. SmartFill is a dense, cushiony fiber that makes Big Shrimpy beds feel more substantial than other pet beds and also contributes to the longevity of the bed because it will not break down as quickly as the filling used in other dog beds. The entire bed can be machine washed and dried without damaging the SmartFill. The Catalina bed is designed so that it can be flipped inside-out to further extend its usable life. Nest Bed
One of the most comfy dog beds ever. The outer walls and removable center pillow of the Nest beds are made of soft polyester fleece or luxurious faux suede with a tough 420 denier nylon packcloth base. They unzip to access an inner bolster and cushion made of ripstop nylon. The inner cushion is filled with SmartFill, a 100% recycled fiber. SmartFill is machine washable and dryable. This dense, cushiony fiber makes Big Shrimpy beds feel more substantial when compared to most other beds. Because SmartFill is made of many individual tufts of fiber, these beds can be opened up and refluffed to restore the loft of the fiber. The inner cushion is odor and water-resistant, but if necessary, the inner cushion can be unzipped to remove and wash the SmartFill. Machine wash with mild, pet friendly detergent and tumble dry on low. Though the need to wash the Smartfill filler is rare, it is best laundered at a laundromat. 1 yr. Manufacturer's warranty*. This outer cover surrounds an inner cushion protected by a ripstop nylon cover (great for your senior pets). The inner cushion is filled with SmartFill, a 100% recycled fiber. SmartFill is machine washable and dryable. This dense, cushiony fiber makes Big Shrimpy beds feel more substantial when compared to most other beds. Because SmartFill is made of many individual tufts of fiber, these beds can be opened up and fluffed to restore the loft of the fiber. Replacement Covers for Big Shrimpy Beds
If it's a spare cover you need while laundering the other, you want to revitalize an older bed, or if you just want a different look, Big Shrimpy brings you these replacement covers for both their Original Bed and their Nest Bed. The replacement cover is exactly the same as the cover you received with your bed when you purchased it, and is made of either plush polyester fleece or faux suede on the sleeping surface and has water-resistant 420 denier nylon packcloth on the back. Important Shipping Notice: Big Shrimpy Products are shipped directly from the manufacturer in Texas via DHL. These products ship only to the lower 48 states and cannot be shipped by USPS Priority Mail service or via expedited services. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
*Manufacturer's Warranty: If one of the above products fails due to a manufacturing defect within it's warranty period, we (Big Shrimpy) will repair or replace it at our discretion. Our Warranty does not cover damage due to pet behavior. Please be sure that the problem is not a result of pet behavior. If an item is damaged by pet behavior after a manufacturing defect becomes evident, the warrany is void. The warranty does not cover normal wear on product fabrics (e.g. sleeping surface).
Before returning an item due to manufacturing defect, please contact us (Big Shrimpy) to confirm that the situation meets our warranty requirements at 206.297.7918 or info@bigshrimpy.com . Oftentimes we can resolve a warranty issue with a photo of the item, saving you the expense of sending the item back. Please include a copy of the dated receipt with the photo.
After receiving confirmation, please send the item back to us (Big Shrimpy) with a copy of your receipt, your name, current address, email and telephone number. We recommend that you insure your item on its return trip. We cannot give credit for items damaged in transit.
We (Big Shrimpy) will email or call you when the item has been received and processed. Please allow up to 15 business days from the date that we receive a warranty item to review and fix the item, at which time we will ship it back to you.
