Shipping
We routinely ship to the lower 48 states, at present. We will ship any dollar amount. Currently, we offer free ground shipping on all items to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O., A.P.O. or F.P.O. addresses. Your items will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii
If you wish to ship to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us prior to placing your order. Shipping charges will apply.
Order processing
Most items will be shipped in 24-72 hrs. after the processing of your order is complete. If items are out of stock or our supplier have issues and we anticipate a delay, we will contact you. Regarding bare pup products: each item is handmade; bare soap does not warehouse their products. All items are subject to availablilty. Their inventory may be depleted at any time due to unexpected sales volume and without notice. Should you place an order for an out of stock or discontinued item, we will contact you.

Returns and Cancellations
Edibles and bare pup: All edible and bare pup items are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you wish to trial The Honest Kitchen products, we suggest the 4 oz. pouch or 4 lbs. bag to see how your pet likes this product. If your pet prefers a particular meat based kibble ( i.e., chicken), you might consider starting with the same meat based product in The Honest Kitchen diet. If you are transitioning to the Force diet for your pet's food allergies, though experience is varied, it could take 3-4 weeks to notice an improvement. All food transitions should be made gradually, mixing old with new food, depending on your pet's digestive tract.
Defective Merchandise: Defective merchandise may be returned to us or the manufacturer for a replacement. Please contact us, for return authorization, BEFORE returning any item.
Non-Edibles You Don't Like It or It Isn't What You Expected: If the non-food product you purchased from us is not defective, but you would still like to return it, please feel free to do so if: 1) the product was purchased no more than 30 days ago; 2) the product has not been opened; 3) you include your original order number, name, and address with your item; and 4) the product is still offered for sale on our web site. You are responsible for return shipping. We will e-mail you when your return has been received and processed. We recommend you insure your return so if it is damaged in transit, you aren't liable.

To summarize, if you have an item you have not opened, but decided you don't like or don't want, please feel free to return it (with the exceptions noted, above). If the item is unopened, we will issue a credit. If the item has been opened and not in brand new resalable condition, you will not receive a credit and the item will be donated to a local shelter or rescue organization.
Exchanges: We do not exchange items. If you have ordered the wrong size or color, please place an order online for the correct item(s). Return the items you don't want, according to the guidelines, above. We will credit your card for the returned items (the shipping will not be credited and shipping charges will apply to the new item.)
Shipping Errors: Should we make an error in shipping an item, notify us within 48 hrs of receipt; we will send the correct item and absorb the shipping costs.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, you must retain all original packaging and merchandise, immediately notify the shipper and follow the shipper's instructions for filing a claim. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in both forfeiture of reimbursement and replacement of product(s).
Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, we must receive your cancellation notice within 20 minutes of placing your order. Failure to do so will result in a 20% restocking fee.
Refuse, Unclaimed, Non-Deliverable and Invalid Addresses: Refused, unclaimed, non-deliverable and invalid address shipments of products other than bare pup or edible items, are subject to shipping charges and 20% restocking fee. Refused, unclaimed, non-deliverable and invalid address shipments of all edible and bare pup products are subject to shipping charges and 50% order charge. Please take great care to ensure you have entered your correct shipping address in the checkout process.
