The bare pup product line was developed out of a desire for healthier bath products for the bare soap dogs. Each product is handmade by bare soap. bare soap is not sold by the loaf. Handmade soaps sold in loaves tend to be on the softer side and the bars don't last very long. bare's formula makes such a hard soap that it must be cut into bars only hours after it is made. This density is what makes bare soap a uniquely long-lasting bar. The 6 oz. bar is an unusually generous size for hand-crafted soap. This makes bare soap an economical, healthy choice. (It's completely biodegradable so it's environmentally friendly for those shoreline scrubs.)
