Which size NUPRO is right for your dog?
NUPRO Supplements come in four sizes. Each size is suited your dog's weight. For your conveneince, please follow this chart in choosing the best size for your dog.
The dosages, below, are starting dosages, as NUPRO was designed for your dog to be fed at this higher rate for 2 to 3 months (or until desired results are achieved) so it can effectively work to detoxify and support a healthy immune system. After the starting period, the NUPRO starting dosage can be cut in half, for daily maintenance.
Product Sizes for NUPRO All Natural Dog Supplement (NUPRO Gold) & NUPRO Joint Support (NUPRO Silver)
One Pound: Small Breed Formulas. An approximately 6-week supply for a dog weighing 20 pounds. For the convenience of measuring the supplements for smaller dogs, the one pound jar contains a smaller scoop.
Starting Dosages for the Small Breed Formula Only
1-5 lb dog: 1 scoop*
6-10 lb dog: 2 scoops*
11-15 lb dog: 3 scoops*
16-20 lb dog: 4 scoops*
*Each small breed formula scoop is equal to one level teaspoon.
30 Ounce: Contains 30 scoops and is an approximately 1-month supply for a dog weighing 40 pounds.
Five Pound: Contains 80 scoops and is an approximately 5-week supply for a dog weighing 70 pounds or more. This size could also be a one-month supply for 2 or 3 small to medium sized dogs.
20 Pound: Contains 320 scoops and is recommended for kennels, breeders, or households with multiple large dogs.
Starting Dosages for the 30 ounce, 5 pound, and 20 pound sizes
under 5 lbs: 1/4 scoop*
5-10 lb dog: 1/3 scoop*
10-20 lb dog: 1/2 scoop*
20-40 lb dog: 1 scoop*
40-70 lb dog: 1 1/2 scoop*
over 70 lbs: 2 scoops*
*Each scoop is equal to 3 level tablespoons.
